Be prepared for a wide range of photographic activities by picking up this Sony DT 16-50mm f/2.8 SSM Lens for your APS-C format A-mount camera. Featuring a wide-angle to telephoto equivalent zoom range of 24-75mm, this lens offers a constant f/2.8 aperture for consistent exposures and the ability to function well in low light. It also has an optical design that incorporates three extra-low dispersion elements and two aspherical elements, helping to minimize aberrations and flare. Ensuring smooth operation, the 16-50mm is equipped with a Super Sonic wave Motor (SSM) for fast and quiet autofocus and it has an internal focus design that allows a minimum focus distance of 11.8". Additionally, it has a dust- and moisture-resistant construction for use in adverse weather and a seven-blade circular diaphragm for smooth bokeh.
